Our Team

Shane started with Gregg Custom Painting^™ over two decades ago in 1997. He is responsible for the financials of various projects and works directly with general contractors, project managers, or property owners (and their team members) as needed.

Shane executes insurance and bonding needs and is responsible for maintaining budgets for assorted projects. He has over 26 years’ experience in painting, coating, and the construction management field. Early work experience as a painter, and later as a Project Coordinator in the field gives him a true advantage as Senior Project Manager and Coordinator.

Shane is responsible for handling everything from materials to manpower for the needs of a job site. He also handles field project management in multiple regions and liaisons between the field and the offices for Gregg Custom Painting^™. Duties include regular job site inspections, labor allocations, and client relations as it pertains to specific projects.

David brings a solid history of painting experience to the Gregg Custom Painting^™ family. With over 18 years working in the painting industry, David started as a painter at Gregg Custom Painting^™. But due to his talent soon worked his way up to the position of Project Coordinator.

Throughout the years David has successfully coordinated everything from the smallest simple jobs to the largest most complex projects. As a veteran master painter, he brings a vast wealth of experience to the table when coordinating projects. David’s reputation and experience in the field places him in a strong position to handle any size project. We are glad to have him as a valuable member of the team.

Ramsey came to us in July of 2011 after graduating from ASU with a degree in Supply Chain Management. Ramsey since went on to receive his MBA in 2014 at Thunderbird School of Global Management. Ramsey assists Gregg custom Painting^™ with day to day project management. He is a multi-cultured, high energy, talented addition to our team, with a hands-on, can-do attitude. He assists in managing projects as well as executing quality control protocols. Ramsey helps coordinate our service craftsmen with appropriate projects and assists in tying together projects seamlessly.

Janelle McDaniel came to Gregg Custom Painting^™ in 2007. She brings years of previous experience overseeing complex logistic systems and accounts. Janelle is responsible for our data processing and support. She is a valued member and great addition to the team.

Cindy rejoined Gregg Custom Painting’s team in the fall of 2007 after working with us back in 2000 for several years. Cindy brings a vast knowledge of skill to our accounts payable and receivables department, as well as managing our entire payroll management system. Cindy professionalism and skill is a tremendous asset to our staff.
